The free session a year is it a full session? How long is it?
Its a normal session. So it could be an hour or more. We don’t really limit our session time, its up to the child!
Can it be for a newborn??
YES ANY SESSION IS FREE ONCE A YEAR YOU CHOOSE. Just call us. We will mark your account in our system that you are a lifetime member.
Can the free session be inside or outside?
Either. Its your session we can do anything? Understand it should be in OC - outside of OC will be travel time
Can I bring other family members in my extended family?
It is just for your family. BUT Grandparents are ALWAYS free and extended members can pay additional fees that range from 100-150 per family.
Is it for children or family?
Either!
Do I get 20% off of specials such as unicorns, mermaids, etc?
Yes you do!
I always miss online booking, how I can book quickly and get the 20% off
We will give you a family code for online booking that will always take off 20% - just give us a few days to get everyone updated in the system.
When are you retiring?
Not for a very long time and my hope is maybe my children will take over! (Evan is already shooting now!!)
I bought a session can it be refunded from the membership?
Sorry, no. Many clients buy sessions all the time and most clients book in advanced. Even if you have paid for a session already that has not happened yet, we can not refund it or apply it to this membership.
