Here is the scoop of what is going on this week….
Last Calllll
Pettis - if you wanted to order a petti or two or three, this is the last call. You can order today and tomorrow and then on Thursday we are sending the order in, so we will not be taking any more orders. We are ordering from the manufacturer so you are saving more than 50%. However they can take up to 6 months to get so we need to get the order in. We will not be doing this again this year or even ever - not sure. We do keep our own for photo sessions and you can use ours anytime. However, I ordered some for my girls because they love to just prance around all over town with them on. Session Sale - A few weeks ago in honor of Mothers Day we had a session sale in which with a $325.00 deposit you would get a free session. Alot of you told me after that you missed the sale. So we are brining it back for 3 days only. You can order from now through Thursday. This applies for studio sessions. For location sessions the deposit is higher. Frame Sale - we have so many leftover frames from incorrect shipments, etc. and we need to get rid of them. All this week only we are liquidating our frames. Nothing is over $50.00. Now is a great time stock up. Put them in the closet until you need them. Many odd hard to find sizes. Stop in anytime during studio hours. No appointment needed.
Santa (yes Santa) and Easter orders - on Friday, May 1st all pictures will be coming offline from the website and we will be purging Santa and Easter photos. If you need to place an order or had a package and didn’t order your photos, please do so by then.
2008 Sessions and first quarter - if you have had a session from last year or the first quarter of this year and have not ordered photos, please do so as soon as possible. After 45 days we do not guarantee that we will have your unordered images. The whole purpose of taking a photo session is to enjoy your families images, so please do not wait forever.
Proofs - we are working on various business decisions such as possibly opening a new studio in the near future. We are going to really start cleaning house and changing the way we do things. Which means that very soon paper proofs will be going away. Most portrait studios are doing projection and we really want to move to this direction in the future. To help clean our studio, we will be getting rid of excess inventory and proofs. So proof sale is on. If you have ordered a minimum of $300.00 you can purchase your proofs for $99.00 a session for all sessions (except newborn). If you have not ordered any photos or you ordered less than $300.00 than your session proofs are $150.00. Newborn session proofs are on sale for $150.00 or $200.00 if your order was less than $300.00.
PROOF SALE ENDS MAY 1st in which we will then start moving proofs to an offsite location and will not guarantee that they will be around. Several clients in spite of this message last time came in after few had purged to find their proofs were gone. Therefore, please know that we are firm in our deadlines. Please call ahead to see if we have your proofs handy before purchasing. If you are choosing to buy individual proofs, then they are at the regular proof price of $10.00 a proof.
