Family
My 2 1/2 year old is obsessed with the word family. A few months ago it was her word of the day and she put it in a sentence and used it correctly. When we all flipped out she was quite proud of herself and really realized the power of the word. Now, whenever we or our extended family members are together she asks if we are family. It thrills us all to death and we never get tired of it.
As a photographer, it is my goal and my job to capture families. Whether they are big or small, one parent or two -family us family - and it is meant to be captured it it’s current state. I am constantly overwhelmed with the effects that children have on us - with my own and watching my clients. They are such little creatures, yet if they are are 1, 8 or 18, they effect who we are and what we do.
So here is to families!
